EXPLORE PRINT MAKING

Description
If you’ve always wanted to have a go at Print Making but didn’t know where to start or done a bit and want to delve deeper, then this two-day workshop is for you. Each Saturday we will explore various forms of printmaking, especially relief printing, eg: Lino, wood, cardboard, polystyrene prints, plus monoprints, stencilling etc. Wear/bring an old shirt, printing can be messy. We will provide some inks, plates/blocks, tools, paper, materials and the use of a press. (the cost is included). Please bring your own lunch each day, tea and coffee provided.
Diane was formerly an HoD in Art and Art History and an Education Officer at the Christchurch Art Gallery where she still guides and occasionally teaches. She enjoys making stuff.
