ZENTANGLE: ENTER THE LABYRINTH!
Starts 19th June, 6-8pm
Description
You enter a maze to lose yourself, you enter a labyrinth to find yourself". Enjoy the drawing journey with this Zentangle project on a Labyrinth. In these two sessions you will build your string, and explore some new tangles, embellishments and techniques along the pathway with the Zentangle Method. This will be an extension of term one's sessions, but over two evening sessions in June. The Zentangle Method is an easy and fun way to draw structured patterns, one stroke at a time, at its heart it's all about being in the moment as you allow the pen to create stroke by stroke different 'tangles'. It will be a continuation of what was taught in the introduction session last term, but if you are already a tangler you can join in too. Special material kit included for the course. Ildica Boyd has a 'passion for patterns', and can be found doing or teaching Zentangle on a small or large scale, or swapping her pen for a shuttle and busy weaving on her loom.
