FACILITATION SKILLS

Do you facilitate groups and want to build your skills? This interactive two-and-a-half-hour workshop introduces practical facilitation techniques for working with adult groups. Through discussion and activities you will explore key approaches that support confident, inclusive, and engaging group facilitation. Jennifer Leahy is an experienced educator and facilitator with a strong commitment to lifelong learning and inclusive practice. She has designed and delivered education and training programmes across the tertiary sector, (ako Aotearoa/ACE Aotearoa) corporate settings, community initiatives, and Ara Poutama Department of Corrections. Jennifer has been very active in the local Adult and Community Education Network as well as being a member of the Canterbury WEA Council.
