Learn how to make Indian-style fried rice, fragrant with mustard seeds, cumin, turmeric, curry leaves and vegetables, along with the much-loved street food favourite pani puri. You'll create crisp puris filled with a tasty white pea curry and served with tamarind and mint chutneys for a fun, interactive dish that's guaranteed to impress family and friends.

Originally from India, Mohini is an academic, nature lover and passionate plant-based foodie. She is committed to making vegan food accessible, healthy, fun and delicious. All ingredients can be purchased from Indian grocery stores, and Mohini will show you how to turn them into two flavour-packed dishes you'll want to make again and again.
