DIY COSMETICS: YOUR CHOICE OF LIPSTICK OR A HIGHLIGHT STICK

Starts 22nd February, 9.30am-1pm

Description

Make cosmetics with me again, this time with a twist. Make lipstick or choose a new option to make highlight stick suitable for below brows, and other high points of the face. I can offer three shades of highlight stick - Gold, Opal white and Pink on top of a range of lipstick shades. Those choosing to make a highlight stick can use a supplied upcycled and sanitised small glue stick casing. (Thank you CWEA for collecting those for me!)

People choosing lipstick are encouraged to bring along a used lipstick casing. Card tube casings for those who wish or need one for either lipstick or highlight, will be available for $3 each (Cash on the day only). Please note that there will be some down time while we wait for ingredients to melt, so Jo will bring along some published material on DIY cosmetics for an informal chat over tea and coffee. Jo is a passionate plant-based skincare maker, mum, and enthusiastic packaging waste reducer. She has been creating skincare for the last 11 years in Otautahi and wants to share some simple personal care and cosmetic recipes with you.
