Join Kazuko for a hands-on workshop exploring the delicious world of okonomiyaki – Japan’s famous savoury fritters. These versatile, flavour-packed pancakes are fun to make, endlessly adaptable, and perfect for feeding a crowd. Once you know the basics, you’ll have a go-to dish for easy weeknight dinners or effortless entertaining. In this session, you’ll learn how to mix, cook, and top authentic okonomiyaki, discovering just how quick and satisfying they are to prepare. The workshop fee includes all ingredients, and you’ll get to enjoy your creations during the session.
