Japanese cooking is often thought to be complicated, but these dishes are anything but. Join Kazuko Iwai to learn how to make simple, delicious, and nourishing one-pot favourites. These recipes are perfect for busy people, those cooking for one or two, and anyone wanting affordable, comforting meals.
The menu will include eggs, beef, seasonal vegetables, tofu, rice and miso soup. The course fee includes all ingredients, and you’ll enjoy tasting the dishes together as part of the experience.
