Discover how versatile rice paper can be in this gluten-free cooking class with chef Toyomi Furuta. Toyomi has worked in a range of restaurants and hotels and enjoys sharing simple ways to create delicious meals using everyday ingredients.

In this demonstration-style class you’ll learn several ways to cook with rice paper and expand your gluten-free options. Toyomi will show how to prepare rice paper properly and how it can be used to create a variety of dishes.

The menu includes fresh salad wraps with seasonal vegetables and peanut sauce, crispy chicken, spinach and mushroom bars, and an open omelette-style pancake with eggs, spinach and bacon. All dishes are prepared using just one frying pan, making them easy to cook and clean up at home.
