JAPANESE DUMPLINGS: A PAY-IT-FORWARD WORKSHOP

Join Kazuko for her ever-popular Japanese dumplings workshop—book quickly, as these sessions often sell out! Dumplings are easy, delicious and fun to make. They’re also perfect for entertaining and could be your lifesaver when you need a shared dish for a potluck gathering this festive season. Learn how to prepare tasty Japanese style dumplings and discover just how quick and easy the process can be. You’ll be amazed at how quickly the group can produce 100 dumplings! The course fee includes all ingredients, and you’ll enjoy tasting the dumplings during the workshop as well as taking some home for tea.

This is also a workshop with a difference. The course price includes an additional $5 pay-it-forward contribution. These contributions will help fund a dumpling-making experience at Christchurch City Mission for people experiencing housing insecurity and other challenges. By booking your place, you’ll also help make this enjoyable experience available to someone else. For this workshop Kazuko will use tofu and veggies.
