JAPANESE DUMPLINGS FROM SCRATCH – Handmade Wrappers & Fillings

Description

Following the popularity of our Japanese dumpling workshops, we're delighted to offer a special “from scratch” version. Learn the art of making your own dumpling wrappers and discover just how much difference fresh, handmade pastry can make to the flavour and texture of your dumplings.

Once your wrappers are ready, Toyomi will guide you through preparing a delicious traditional pork filling before showing you how to fold, cook and serve your dumplings. You'll be surprised at how quickly you can produce a large batch – perfect for family meals, entertaining friends, or stocking the freezer.

This hands-on workshop is suitable for beginners and experienced cooks alike. The course fee includes all ingredients. You'll enjoy tasting your dumplings during the session and take some home to share (or keep for yourself!).
