This interactive session explores practical strategies to help you approach challenging topics with confidence and care. You’ll learn about some useful tools and practise real-world scenarios, as well as reflect on how to communicate with empathy and impact.

Jennifer Leahy is an experienced educator and facilitator with a strong commitment to lifelong learning and inclusive practice. She has designed and delivered education and training programmes across the tertiary sector,(ako Aotearoa/ACE Aotearoa) corporate settings, community initiatives, and Ara Poutama Department of Corrections. Jennifer has been very active in the local Adult and Community Education Network as well as being a member of the Canterbury WEA Council.
