BIG IDEAS FROM TED

Starts 5th March, 12.30-2pm

Description

A "TED talk" is a short speech from a speaker at a TED conference. TED is a global non-profit organization dedicated to spreading ideas. Their talks are designed to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. Each session wil begin with a TED talk and lead to an informal natter about the ideas. For example, we will talk about Kristin Neff's presentation about "The gap between Self Esteem and Self Compassion" in the first session. She argues that self compassion is much better for our mental health than self esteem.
