Is there more to see and feel than what first meets the eye? Join us for this series of workshops as we visually explore the seemingly mundane moments of our lives using the photographic process. Through the lens of photography and engaging discussions, we will delve deeper into the hidden beauty of our everyday experiences. No prior photography experience is required. Students can use any type of camera, including smartphones, DSLR cameras, or compact cameras. Additionally, students must be able to upload and email photographs to the instructor's account.
Monica Lopossay is a Pulitzer-nominated, White House Award-winning photojournalist with a distinguished career that includes work for The Baltimore Sun and The New York Times. She has reported on significant global events, including the War in Iraq, the healthcare crisis in Haiti, and major breaking news events in the United States.
