Kids Fest: 8-14yrs Paint Hundertwasser spirals, boats and more

Hundertwasser loved spirals as a symbol of life. He enjoyed being on the water or in nature.   He said “the picture is the harvest of the dream”.

Today you will paint a vibrant canvas with Margaret's help. You'll paint lots and lots of spirals, some lollipop trees, onion dome roofs, hidden faces and more. This fun mixed media workshop has colour, shape, pattern and texture and you'll learn many handy techniques from Margaret.

All the materials are provided including a watercolour bookmark and medium sized canvas. As well as your finished artwork, you also receive a small palette and paintbrush to keep.

Creative Director of Art Grooves, Margaret Taylor graduated from The Learning Connexion (Diploma in Art & Creativity) 12 years ago. Then she ran a popular art education programme for KAC for over 8 years. This workshop is for anyone with an interest in being creative, regardless of experience.
