MOVEMENT AND MUSIC FOR FUN

Description
This is an open level movement class for students of all abilities and fitness levels. As we grow older, it is important to maintain what we take for granted – such as flexibility, strength, balance, and range of movement – and this class is designed to help address these areas. There will be seated options and modifications for injury and mobility limitations, so everyone can enjoy the benefits of movement, regardless of their energy levels on the day. Not only will we be promoting movement, we will also be listening to music: engaging our minds, our ears, and our latent musicality to promote brain health. Come along, join us, and do as much or as little as you are able each time. Students: please wear comfortable clothing and shoes that promote activity.
