Join us for this one off workshop. Meditation is fantastic for enjoyment, for learning to reconnect with self - whilst meeting other like-minded people, for relaxation. This is a social group where we explore Meditation so you can learn for yourself what works for you or what doesn't. It's about learning to chase away the 'monkey mind' and allow yourself the opportunity to de-stress through proven tools, basic breathing techniques, meditation for muscle relaxation and guided meditation. We will incorporate some yoga techniques and simple positions to assist us. This is a great workshop for people with limited physical ability but also open to everyone. We will finish the session with a hot drink and connecting in to meeting new friends and sharing stories. 


Jennifer was inspired by a trip to India with her Hubby in 2000. Since then she has practiced various yoga styles & meditation methods. She became a meditation teacher first & then a Yoga student before completing a 200 hour yoga training course. She is now a fully qualified community yoga and meditation teacher.
