Description

Rice is a great source of energy and it’s the key staple in the diets of millions of people across many places in the world. This workshop/demo will look at the many ways rice is used in Japanese cuisine.

You will learn about how to cook the perfect rice for any occasion and a variety of different dinners including decorative rice dishes to wow your guests!

Make sure you come to the class hungry and please let us know in advance if you have any dietary requirements. Kazuko is an accomplished Japanese cook and teaches many aspects of Japanese culture, her classes are fun and participatory and full of laughs! Price includes all ingredients.
