Difficulties with sleep are increasingly common, and can have a big impact on our quality of life. Reasons can be diverse and complex, and there is no one size to fit all. In this course we will explore several aspects which can support or disrupt healthy sleep. Participants will be encouraged to reflect on their own patterns, and supported in discovering practical solutions.

The tutor Veronika has worked as a counsellor and social worker in a range of health related settings, and has a passion for helping people to better understand their difficulties and achieve improved sleep and life quality. She has facilitated workshops on this for over 10 years.
