QIGONG AND TAI CHI FOR MEN

Description

Qigong is a holistic system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing and meditation used for the purposes of health, spirituality and martial arts training. With roots in Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts, Qigong is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance Qi (chi), translated as "life energy". Peter’s men only class will offer an introduction to Qigong and the self-defense applications of Tai Chi (push hands). Peter has been practicing Qigong and Tai Chi since 1984, training under the late Master Loo-Chi-Hu. Beginners welcome.
