HOW TO CREATE NEW HABITS THAT YOU WILL KEEP DOING

Do your attempts to start new habits fail? Are there things you want to do regularly but you are not doing them (or only doing them occasionally)? “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence is not an act, but a habit.” This course is based on research of behaviour change.  It is a practical course and you will be expected to do small actions every day throughout it.  It is important that you read the material sent to you prior to the course starting and turn up for the first class with an idea of a habit you want to form.
