Can't Kick a Bad Habit? Steps to Habit Change


Is there a bad habit you want to get rid of? This course will take you through the steps of habit change. The process of habit change taught is research based. A habit is a routine of behaviour that is done repeatedly without conscious thought, please note the distinction between bad habits and giving into temptation, which is when you consciously make a bad decision to do the "bad" action. Common bad habits are, eating too much or eating unhealthy food, spending too much time browsing the internet, checking emails or playing electronic games, procrastinating, nail biting, over spending, staying up to late.
