Courses

EARLY REGISTRATION  AND  CONFIRMATION IS IMPORTANT. 

Early registration for a course is important to ensure the course will proceed. All courses need sufficient numbers of  people registered before the course is guaranteed.

 Course registrations are reviewed  7 days prior to the  advertised start of the course and if numbers are too low, the course will be cancelled. It  is important to ensure your enrolment is confirmed before this time if possible.

Payments.

Occasional credit card payment issues 

Payments by credit card are accepted via PayPal, the only economic solution open to us. You don't need to have a PayPal account, but you will be required to specify your billing address, email address and a phone number. PayPal sometimes rejects the payment for no apparent reason. If the credit card payment is cancelled by you, or somehow fails, you won't be able to enrol for that course until we manually cancel the internal order. Please phone the office on 366 0285 or email admin@cwea.org.nz and we will attend to this. If payment via PayPal doesn't work for you we recommend paying by bank transfer. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience. If you are having difficulty enrolling this document shows the entire enrolment and credit card payment process.

General Payment options.

Online registration for courses allows immediate confirmed enrolment with payment by Credit card/Paypal. see above if you have problems with this.

Other Payment methods: It is also possible to Register online and select payment via Internet banking/bank transfer or Cheque or EFTPOS/cash BUT these payments need to be approved and funds received before enrolment is confirmed. Internet banking can take 3 days to clear. We cannot confirm  your enrolment until we know the funds have been received by our bank.

Internet Banking: If  you are registering online and paying by Internet Banking  please  make sure you add the relevant order number  e.g. ORDCWEA####  number as  the reference  in your banking details so we can  find your payment. We cannot confirm  your enrolment until we know we have the funds have been received by our bank.  Our Bank account details are provided online as you register.

Cash, cheque and EFTPOS payments are accepted at the office and must be received prior to the course beginning for your enrolment to be confirmed. We also accept cheques by mail.

Credit cards are ONLY accepted via online payment.
